You go to their website and fill out their form. You can get preapproved for 6 in-person or tele-health appointments with no cost sharing. Please fill out the link above, Then we will both receive an email stating if you have been approved.
As of January 2021 the insurances that are most likely to go through are the following Blue Cross Blue And Blue Shield PPO including Florida Blue PPO, and Cigna PPO plans. If you have a different insurance than it may not get approved and you would need to schedule a self pay appointment or scroll down to see other resources in the Tampa Bay Area.
If you do self pay appointments than I accept FSA/ HSA cards, Credit Cards, and Cash. Prefer booking and payment on my website.
I am happy to work with your family to reach your feeding goals. If my availability or costs are prohibitive to you finding the help you need, here are some other resources in the Tampa Bay Area.
In Hillsborough County there are Baby Cafes

Baby Cafe is open to all regardless of residency and is free. You do need to register and travel to certain locations during certain times.
WIC is now seeing clients in person and they do have residency and income guidelines.
